Augusta Ranch Pool Remodeling
Renovations, new finishes, tile and decks planned for Augusta Ranch backyards.
Augusta Ranch is a master-planned community in southeast Mesa built around the Augusta Ranch Golf Club, a course that opened in 1999.
Homes in Augusta Ranch generally date from around 2000 onward, so many pools are reaching the age for a first resurfacing. Remodels here often add a baja shelf or bubblers and update tile while the pool is drained.
The City of Mesa lists constructing or filling in an inground swimming pool as work that needs a construction permit. Its pool submittals call for a dimensioned site plan, engineer-sealed drawings, and electrical, plumbing and mechanical plans. When a remodel changes the shell, plumbing or wiring, we confirm the scope with the City and file before work starts.
